Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Research Use Restriction below. If you do not agree, do not use the site and do not order.

Research Use Restriction

All products sold by Upgrade Lab are supplied exclusively as laboratory reference chemicals for in-vitro research and analytical purposes. They are NOT drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices, are NOT approved by the FDA for any use, and are NOT intended for human or animal consumption.

• You will not administer, ingest, inject, inhale, apply, or otherwise introduce any product into or onto the body of any human or animal.
• You will not resell, relabel, or redistribute any product for human or veterinary use, or represent it as suitable for such use.
• You will not rely on any information on this site as medical, veterinary, dosing, or safety guidance for use in a living subject.
• You accept that analytical purity data describes the chemistry of a lot only and establishes nothing about sterility, safety, or fitness for any use in or on a living subject.

Nature of Service

Upgrade Lab is a supplier of research materials. We are not a pharmacy, a compounder of medicines, a clinic, a medical provider, or a dietary-supplement company. We do not practice medicine or veterinary medicine, do not provide dosing, protocol, or administration guidance, and make no therapeutic, safety, or efficacy claims of any kind.

Fulfillment Partner

Upgrade Lab is powered by PeptidePlugs.

All certificates of analysis (COAs) made available with our research materials are supplied by our fulfillment partner. Upgrade Lab does not issue these reports or represent that it independently performed the reported testing. A COA applies only to the sample and batch identified in that report; buyers must confirm that the report matches the material received before laboratory use.

Partner documentation is analytical information only, not medical advice, regulatory approval, or a guarantee of sterility, safety, efficacy, or suitability for human or animal use. All materials remain research use only — not for human or animal consumption. Buyers are responsible for evaluating suitability for their lawful laboratory work and obtaining any required independent verification.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Upgrade Lab disclaims warranties about third-party reports beyond the express product-specification warranty in these Terms and is not liable for losses caused by reliance on a report for a prohibited use. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuses fraud or willful misconduct, limits mandatory buyer rights, or removes Upgrade Lab's own legal obligations. Report any missing or mismatched COA before using the material; the Refund Policy and applicable law govern remedies.

Buyer Eligibility

You must be 21 years of age or older, legally able to form a binding contract, and either a qualified researcher or purchasing on behalf of a research institution, laboratory, or organization. You must complete the research-use attestation at checkout. We may request documentation of research affiliation and may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

• Requesting dosing, administration, protocol, or human/veterinary use guidance from our team.
• Misrepresenting your age, identity, research purpose, or intended use.
• Ordering for personal use, resale to consumers, or any use involving a living subject.
• Using our product listings, imagery, or documentation to market a product for human or animal use.

Legal Compliance & Export

You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws governing the purchase, possession, handling, use, storage, transport, and disposal of the materials you order, including any licensing or permitting requirements in your jurisdiction. We do not ship to jurisdictions where a listed material is restricted.

Handling, Storage & Disposal

Upon delivery, you assume full responsibility for safe handling in a controlled laboratory environment, including use of appropriate personal protective equipment, containment, storage at the stated conditions, and lawful disposal of unused material and packaging.

Payment & Billing

Item prices, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are disclosed before you are charged. We do not charge undisclosed fees. Orders held for qualified-buyer review are not charged until the review completes.

All catalog products receive an automatic 20% discount from their listed regular price. Orders containing 10 or more total units, including mixed products, receive 30% off instead. Discounts do not stack; quantities refer to catalog units, so a packaged set counts as one unit. Shipping, taxes, forwarding charges, customs and duties are not discounted. Removing units recalculates the discount before submission.

No Warranty Beyond Specification

Products are warranted only to conform to the purity and identity specification stated on the applicable certificate of analysis at the time of shipment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all other warranties, express or implied — including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose — are disclaimed.

Intellectual Property

All site content, trademarks, and platform technology are the property of Upgrade Lab or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Upgrade Lab's total liability arising from your use of this site or any product is limited to the purchase price of the product at issue. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse of a product, including any administration to a human or animal, which is expressly prohibited by these Terms.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Upgrade Lab, its officers, and affiliates from any claim arising from your misuse of a product, breach of the Research Use Restriction, provision of false information, or violation of applicable law or these Terms.

Dispute Resolution / Arbitration
